Try the 30 Minute Gym…

This is an ideal introduction to the way we work at dc:pt integrated health. The 30 Minute Gym consists of weekly small group coaching sessions of no more than 8 people.

You begin with an initial complimentary health & lifestyle assessment and you’ll then be able to join our 30 minute gym sessions on Monday  at 12pm and 12.30 pm, Thursdays at 1pm and 1.30 pm & Saturday  mornings at 10am coached, motivated and supported by Damien Clements.

How our individual solutions work:

Step 1: Consult & assess, don’t guess

All our solutions begin with an initial 60 minute consultation. This is to ensure that we understand your unique problems and challenges and so we know how best to help you and can recommend a way forward.

After the initial consultation, we may recommend further in-depth assessments or refer you out to a professional colleague of ours who we believe can help you with their approach. The assessments we perform may include:

Step 2: Choose your support plan

Following the assessment, we will have a clear idea of the type of training and support you’ll need. We will be able to design an individual programme plan that will help you achieve your goals and provide you with a range of support options to suit your needs.

It is important to understand that we typically expect to work with clients for approximately 16 weeks which is usually the minimum period of time required to begin to make noticeable progress.

Step 3: Review and Re-assess

After 6-8 weeks, we’ll take a look at your progress and perform a review to ensure that your coaching is working as well as you’d hoped for. At this stage, we may recommend continuing on your existing plan or we may recommend a number of other options which will help improve your progress.
