We can help give your training regime a boost and get your performance back to its best by using and leveraging the scientific training principles that every single sport is based upon.

How our solution works:

Step 1: Consult & assess, don’t guess

All our solutions begin with an initial 60 minute consultation. This is to ensure that we understand your unique performance challenges, identify key trouble areas and so we know how best to help you and can recommend a plan of action.

After the initial consultation, we may recommend further in-depth assessments or refer you out to a professional colleague of ours who we believe can help you with their approach. The assessments we perform may include:

Step 2: Choose your support plan

Following the assessment, we will have a clear idea of the type of training and support you’ll need. We will be able to design an individual programme plan that will help you achieve your goals and provide you with a range of support options to suit your needs.

It is important to understand that we typically expect to work with clients for approximately 16 weeks which is usually the length of time required to make noticeable progress.

Step 3: Review and Re-assess

After 6-8 weeks, we’ll take a look at your progress and perform a review to ensure that your coaching is working as well as you’d hoped for. At this stage, we may recommend continuing on your existing plan or we may recommend a number of other options which will help improve your progress.

Initial Consultation:
£60 per hour

Additional Assessments:
£60 per hour (lasts for approximately 1.5-2 hours)

One-to-one coaching, support & therapy
£60 per hour

Analysis and program writing
£60 per hour

PTEnhance with email support – from £30 per monthEquipment available
price on request

Spinal Rehabilitation classes (4 per group) – £75 for 3 hour long sessions.

Concession – Monthly and block booking payment options are available at up to 30% discount, and include program design and FREE supervised gym use once a week.

One-to-one coaching is available with a fully qualified less experienced dc:pt coach at £30 per hour.
